CHÂTEAUTHETS Our Foreign Language Supported Game Workshops We help children to get to know English/French and develop their ears.
Our approach is inspired by the Montessori method and other alternative teaching methods, always seeking fun learning that encourages autonomy and creativity.
In this dual workshop for parents and their children, we create enjoyable moments, imagine ourselves in stories with breathing, sports exercises and massages, have fun with our breaths and, most importantly, create small sports rituals.
We tell ourselves how much we love each other! 😊
Program Details
- Breathe Together, Dream Together sessions are based on themes that include animals or fairy tales and offer a fun and creative approach.
- Each session begins with a brief moment dedicated to moving the body and releasing tension, before moving into the flow of the postures and story.
- All postures are in the parent-child dyad.
- The second part of the session includes breathing, concentration and sports exercises.
- The session then ends with a period of quiet relaxation, enriched with small massages or a relaxing activity.
- All necessary equipment is already in our institution, but we recommend that you come in comfortable clothes.
